Is it hype or the real deal?
The views are amazing, with wildlife roaming the grounds, from monkeys to toucans. Staff are personable and quick to assist with planning excursions.
The room needs updates. Broken locks and an AC that's too loud detracted from the experience. Some amenities could use improved maintenance and consistency in service to enhance the stay.

A fine sunrise from the balcony
Waking up to monkeys playing outside our window was magical. The staff, and the beach access was an invigorating hike worth every step.
The bed felt quite uncomfortable, and there were some noise disturbances from neighboring rooms that interrupted our sleep. Improvement in room maintenance would help.

Each morning offered fine views of the ocean, with the wildlife providing a lively backdrop. Spotting monkeys and toucans brightened our stay. The pool served as a refreshing retreat after exploring, and the complimentary breakfast featured a satisfying mix of fresh fruits and coffee.
Privacy took a hit with rooms too close to the dining area, where diners could easily see in. Our room, a bit tired, lacked proper electrical outlets for charging appliances. Phone charging in the bathroom felt inconvenient. The restaurant's prices seemed higher than expected for the quality, prompting us to eat out after the first morning. The sliding doors to the balcony felt cheap and were hard to secure.
